Kimberly Vance was born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi and graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1986. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where she graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Kimberly relocated to the Jackson Metro Area after Hurricane Katrina. She spent 15 years in the Ministry, which caused her to speak for Woman's conferences and Bible study. With her extensive background in accounting and insurance she is able to meet her clients needs and help them maximize return on assets and minimize tax liability.

In her personal life she has two daughters Malorie age 23 and Madison age 20. She is a member of Hope Fellowshipin Brandon.

Sean Patin is a native of Vicksburg, MS and has lived in the state capitol of Jackson for over 15 years. He is a graduate of St. Aloysius High School in 1989 and Mississippi State University in 1995. Sean has been devoted to protecting client’s assets from depletion due to catastrophic illness, market crashes, taxes and probate since 2004. He also ensures clients have guaranteed income for life through safe, insured annuities approved by the MS state insurance department.  Personally, he was married to his wife Emily in 2005, who is from New Orleans and a graduate of Millsaps. They are members of Galloway United Methodist church where they teach 3 year old Sunday school and are blessed to have a daughter, Caroline Elizabeth born in October 2010.
